  • We accept all major insurance providers and Medicare.

  • No, Arkansas does not require a referral to see a Physical Therapist, but some insurance carriers do. Reach out to us if you have questions about direct access.

  • Your first appointment will be one-on-one with a physical therapist where we’ll get to know your goals, create a unique recovery plan, and send you home with exercises to keep you progressing between appointments. We’ll also decide on a timeline that suits your lifestyle and schedule the next several appointments before you leave. Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out some quick paperwork, and don’t forget your ID and insurance card.

  • You have the freedom to choose any physical therapy clinic you want!

  • Once we receive a referral from your doctor, we will give you a call to schedule your first appointment. If you don’t have a referral, just give us a call at 479.524.8028 and we will take care of you!

  • We help people manage many common orthopedic issues like back pain, joint pain, and recovery after joint replacement surgery or amputation. We also provide care for neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, vertigo (dizziness), and weakness following a stroke.

  • We also offer massage therapy, dry needling, aquatic therapy and pelvic floor rehabilitation.
