What Should I Expect from this Personal Training Program?

First Step:

A consultation with a personal trainer to set the client’s goals.

Second Step:

The client will begin one of three tracks including weight loss, maintaining or gaining strength and muscle.

Third Step:

The client will begin exercises tailored one of the three tracks.

Fourth Step:

Evaluation of the client’s goals and exercises to ensure continued success.

Fifth Step:

Clients learn how to perform exercises on their own and empower them so they can perform these exercises in any gym.

$30 per session

Length of Sessions:

Each session is one hour.
