Holly Smith, PTA

Bio

Holly is a Physical Therapy Assistant and has been a part of the HSPT team serving the Siloam Springs area for 4 years.

Education

Holly earned her B.A. in Psychology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University; and her A.A.S. in Physical Therapy from Northwest Arkansas Community College.

Certifications

Holly became certified in the LSVT BIG program for Parkinsons patients  in 2017.
