Meet the Team
Holly Street Physical Therapy is a privately owned physical therapy practice in Northwest Arkansas. We have had the privilege of providing service in Siloam Springs and the surrounding area including Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale and Fayetteville since 1991. In 1997, the clinic opened the current location. Our 5,200 square foot location is set up to provide high quality rehabilitation to our patients in a medically oriented gym.
